Go to the ClosePlan Admin tab > Templates > open the template you need > Playbook tab

• Click on the gear icon to the right of the Playbook Event
• - In this example: Negotiation
• From Target Object select the object on which you created the fields
  - In this example: ClosePlan‍
• Select the correct Event  field
  - In this example: Negotiation % (E__Negotiation_C)

Click Save and continue to synchronize each Playbook Event with each corresponding Field

The Gear icon will turn orange when it is Synchronized

NOTE: For Templates that are already deployed with single or multiple deployed versions in Active or Archived Status (meaning they are in use), sync every deployed Template and every deployed Template Version.
