Prerequisites - Enable Account Teams

To set up ClosePlan, Account Teams must be enabled. To access and confirm this setting, click here

• Confirm that Account Teams is enabled
• If prompted, select the page layouts that should include the Account Teams related list
• Once Account Teams is enabled, continue to Step 6
