Verify ClosePlan Configuration - Named Credentials

If you have already successfully confirmed Named Credentials, skip this step and go to the next step

If you still need to confirm Named Credentials, go to Named Credentials by clicking here

  • Click on Edit by ClosePlan Metadata Service
  • Click Save
  • You will be directed to Salesforce Login *
  • Login to your account
  • Continue to Step 16

Note

* If you are not directed to the Salesforce Login page for your organization, or if you receive an error message, the app may not have fully propagated.

Troubleshoot:
- Try again every 10 minutes for up to one hour.  
- If you are not directed to a login page after this time, something is likely wrong with the installation.
- Return to Step 7 and verify that all information in all following steps is entered correctly.
-- Common issues include: typos, extra spaces or incorrect MY DOMAIN name among others.
