Verify ClosePlan Configuration -
Activate Modules and View Picklist Values

Go to ClosePlan Admin Tab  here

• Go to Environment on the left
  
• Go to the General Tab
  
• Activate the appropriate Available Modules for your organization: Scorecard, Playbook and/or Relationships
  
• Click Save in the top right to confirm your choices
  
• Then, go to the Relationships Tab
  
• You should see Picklist Values - See image
  
• If you see Picklist Values, you have successfully set up ClosePlan, congratulations!
  
• Continue to Step 17 to let us know you've finished so we can provision licenses
  

Note

If you do not see Picklist Values, then something is wrong with the installation
